Just start with the fact there are no hookups. Our spot was shady so our solar didn’t get a lot of sun. Ran the generator to make up the short fall. Was hot and ac is required this time of the year.

Verizon connection is good enough to video conference. Was here over memorial day weekend and it was full. Still had all the room we wanted.
