"Nice, Quiet Place to Visit nearby Ft Sumner!"

This place is one of those where the price is right for a night or maybe two. The tables and cover structures are old but functional. There are a few vault toilets and trash cans. All the sites seem level. The oxbow lake attracts plenty of birds... Read more

"Only 3.3 miles from busy Hwy 101"

"Quiet campground in a busy area, for us at least!"

There are 2 ways to get here from Hwy45. The Victory Lane address entered in your GPS is the best way to get to the free BLM camping. There are several double track routes to choose from after the road turns to dirt that are do-able for bigger... Read more
