For any travel trailer (specially the large ones) it will be a hit and miss, the site I got is very unlevel, I had to raise the front 18 inches......

From the past reviews I here it's not easy to know if the campsite is bad or good... My thoughts, good for the location and clean, the price could be less especially because of the lack of sewer at the sites, I would come back in the low season...

A lot of sites can easily take rigs larger than 40'.
Water is brought up here by truck every week, so don't count with much...
