This campsite is based around tufa formations in a huge dry lake bed called Winnemucca Lake. The tufa formations are really striking and unusual, and I'd definitely recommend looking closely at them during your stay! Otherwise, very nice, quiet... Read more

Big, clean sites, great location, and fantastic stargazing. The only trouble was it was so populated, we had trouble finding spaces, and we stayed in October.
