"Beautiful campground"

Great stay at Skidaway. Beautiful campground. Enjoyed the Big Gerry trail at sunset. Hot showers. Accommodates late arrivals. Grocery very close and short drive to Savannah. A little more expensive than some campgrounds. Cheaper than Tybee.

Plenty of spots all along the road leading out to the peninsula. We camped at the very end. Evenings can be windy but the morning was beautiful and the wind had calmed down. The road in was decent and just had to take it slow with the wash boarded... Read more
