"Good For An Overnight "

Just arrived and set up. Sites are level but there is not much shade. Looks like the lake overflows in heavy rain so sites on the West side have been recently repaired. Easy on and off the interstate

Other reviews are still accurate. Pull off the highway, pick your spot (limited shade) and pay Don when he comes by in his golf cart. Spots are grassy and flat. The road goes quiet at night Great spot on your way to and from the mountains

"Not A Fancy Site But Worked For Us"

Good shade and lots of grass. Electric seems to have been upgraded recently, but water spigots are a bit dodgy. Ours (37)was bent so close to the ground that it was difficult to attach the hose. Otherwise location midway between Zion and Bryce... Read more

"Our All Time Favorite "

This small Forest Service campground is idyllic. Paved sites, most with fantastic lakefront views. Very peaceful. Clean but basic restrooms. Incredible serenade of frogs and insects at night (in June).

"Poor access makes indifferent park marginal at best"

Other reviewers comment on “temporary” access via poor roads. The park ranger said this was to continue for ‘some time’ (May 2021). While the sites are level and hard concrete, that is all the park has to offer. No Waterfront, no nature... Read more
