There are some sites, no shade other than a side short little pine tree. Some larger sites, I would say 2 or 3 but those were taken. I didn't like the "gas pipeline" signs everywhere. They alert that gas may be present. I have no idea... Read more

"Could not make it"

What a waste of time! Managed to sort all kinds of washboard and stones but it got more and more challenging. Not worth to have a vehicle breakdown.

You may want to set your GPS to the intersection of. GABES RD and LONG POINT RD. And follow the signs to Ocean Lake Wildlife Habitat mgmt area. From that intersection you will be driving about a mile and a half down a slightly washed wide dirt... Read more
