Nice grass and concrete sites with a lot of class A’s. Not the best part of town nor amenities around. Pool was open, laundry and workout room look well maintained. Not a bad overnight stop but I would not stay longer than a day or so.

Our third stop here now. A short drive to lassen. Family friendly campground. Decent spacing with full hook ups. Nice dog park. Friendly staff. No fires when we visited were allowed but pool was open.

A little off the main road with some rutted dirt roads to get to park and 2.2miles further to get to fossil house or campgrounds. Campground is up on a ridge with great views. Covered picnic tables and fire rings. No connections by water faucets... Read more

Still open during COVID, along with main dump. Tried a few water spigots throughout campground and they were off, along with black tank rinse spigot at dump. Sites are clean and area is pretty. Several short hikes to river and around the ruins.

Loop A (electric and water) is still open during COVID, along with main dump. $10 for utilities is mandatory in addition to overnight camping fee. Very friendly rangers.

Easily accessible off 395 although the further back you go the narrower the dirt roads and less clearance you have for your rig. Beautiful wooded setting. My new favorite dispersed site.
