"Price Keeps Going Up"
The price is now $75/night for 2024 and they won’t make a reservation if you’re over 25’ for no reason at all it seems. But as others have said, if you show up they might still let you stay.

"Good base from which to explore the area"
It’s great of the town to offer this space and summerland is a great town err wouldn’t have visited otherwise. A few abandoned cars and a trailer take up much of the lot though. It’s also on a very noisy road.

"Great views "
The campground was pretty full on a Sunday afternoon in August but there are many other recreation sites down the toad. Cellular was blazing fast (200mbs/second) and the views are unparalleled.

"Beautiful Spot"
This is a great spot to stay on the Eastern border of Banff park. They even have a dump station on site.
The views are great, the staff is chill, and the amenities inside the casino are great.

You can look this up on google maps for some photos. Lots of locals and tourists coming in and out during the day so you’ll have some company but the sunrise is gorgeous and this is a great view to walk up to
