"Full hook-ups $40CA"

We were happy to find a FHU campground as the day was very cloudy and our solar not as productive as we hoped. Owner gave us a pull-through site so we didn’t have to detach the toad. Lots of oil-field workers staying here, but not rowdy or... Read more

"Quiet & Restful"

Stayed Sat. Sept. 24, 2021 on our way back to US from a summer in Alaska. Dry camped in our 40’ Class A in a pull-through site. Not very level, but for one night it was fine. Hardly anyone else in the campground. Quiet, restful. Glad it was... Read more

"Spacious Campground"

We enjoyed this newest Denali State Park Campground in our 40' Tiffin Phaeton QSH with Jeep Cherokee in tow. Sites are generous and spaced well apart. Vault toilets are frequent, clean and easily accessible. It's quiet too, as it not right up near... Read more

"Only Dump Site Open in Early May!"

FREE RV dump with flush water hose & fresh water spigot (use your own hose to fill). All other Campendium dumps were closed until Memorial Day. Lovely, friendly owner. Clean facilities. Hot water wash year-round.

"No Overnight Parking or Camping"

Wanted to stay here, but discovered this sign. Being retired Army, we called MWR & they said we could dry camp (restrooms closed) at Allison Campground as their Valdez CG doesn’t open until May28.

"Caution After Rain:Snow"

Stopped for 1 night Mar 22. Ground is soft after moisture as evidenced by deep ruts in the road. There’s a wide and tall hump across the road just after you turn off the paved frontage road. We got our coach & toad in, but it was torquing things a... Read more

Cool, crisp autumn nights & glorious days despite some smoke from wildfires. Site 0 and 47 seem best for Class A DP coaches. Vault toilet, trash & drinking water available. $7 price reflects Senior Pass (50% off). Lovely time of year to travel... Read more

"Awesome Free Campground"

Stayed 1 night dry camping. Site was sloped gravel, but we were able to get level. Nice shade pavilion and fire ring. Some folks swam at the boat launch. There’s a campground host, but he just drove around the loops once. Didn’t... Read more
