Called up en route to Colorado, and found them very helpful and accommodative. We didn’t need electric or full hookups, so they gave us a good rate to back into a tent site. Would definitely stop here again.

A real jewel of East Texas... super close to the Gladewater antique stores. Nice folks who own and run this place. Well-maintained. Good wifi. I like that the spots aren’t jammed together super tight. Anyway, we’ll definitely be here again.
