Nice clean park. Shower rooms are very clean. Sites are relatively level. Good At&t service. We were in a site that didn't have a sewer connection, only water and power. It was fine, just expensive for not having FHU.

We Love this area and this park is perfect!
It's small with 9 sites. We were lucky and got the "wooded site" by far the best site there.
Last time we stayed in site 2. The hosts are AMAZING People!

Stayed in the "pecan grove" section. Good space between neighbors. Site was relatively level. During our stay there was an air show at the airport which was neat to watch. Nice nature trail, playground for kids, river to fish at, golf course....

We had a spot right on the ridge overlooking the valley. Great breezes, and wonderful sunsets every night. Staff was helpful and friendly. 5 bars of AT&T. Sites are a little tight, gravel, relatively level side to side and clean.
