Spacious sites well distanced from others covered with large live oak trees. Some have full hookups. Clean modern restrooms with powerful hot water showers and attached laundries. Good hiking available.

We came to see the historic fort but the campground is too far to walk. Sites 1-18 have full hookups. It is a short hike to the boat launching area, but that's all.

Crowded sites with no room for outside activities. Only reason for us to come was to see the sights, fort, museum, lighthouse. WIFI was acceptable.

Sites are well situated with bushes between them. I 95 noise runs continuously but it is like ocean surf and is not a problem. Restrooms clean but not always convenient. Most sites full hookup. Campground WIFI overloaded at times.
