Nice RV place for 1 night. All RV places have hard surface. The town of Torrington looks to be dying slowly. Lots of stores are closing or are closed (incl the chinese AYCE in the town center😩) USD 15 is an OK price.

Very nice hosts who will do a lot for you. Clean pool ans showers (are being renovated) Free wifi works very good. Only con is close to the highway so you hear a constant background noise.
