We struck out on this place. It was full on a Sunday afternoon. No cell service on Verizon, T-Mobile or AT&T. Verizon and T-Mobile with a roof mounted Pepwave antenna. Starlink could work for a center spot.
The access road is very narrow and...
Pretty typical KOA experience. Verizon upload speeds were poor at 12 Mbps download and 2 upload. Speeds taken with a roof mounted Pepwave antenna. Speed was worse and congested at peak times. WiFi was available but I didn't bother. There's a gate...
Verizon speeds were 25Mbps download and 25Mbps upload. T-Mobile was 22/10. Both taken with a roof-mounted Pepwave antenna.
The access road into the park is in good shape. Our site was the last one available and had 20 amp electrical hookups on...
This is an extremely convenient place to stay while you are getting your Airstream repaired. It's free if you're having service done at the factory 100 yards away, but $10/night otherwise. I don't think it's restricted to Airstreams only.
Verizon speeds varied quite a bit but generally were >25Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload. T-Mobile had a strong signal but I forgot to do a speed test. AT&T was 70/4. Verizon and T-Mobile were with a roof mounted Pepwave antenna and AT&T via phone....
Fully functional. There is a potable water spigot next to the dump but it's not separate from the dump so people use it for rinse water too.
Free dump. Rinse water with threadless hose. No potable water. Easy access

Verizon speeds are good enough to hit our plan cap of 50Mbps download and 27 up. No T-Mobile or AT&T data. Verizon and T-Mobile taken with a roof mounted Pepwave antenna. ATT via phone. No trees so it's a good Starlink spot.
We moved over here...
Verizon speeds were 10Mbps download but nothing usable on the upload side (0.1). No usable T-Mobile or AT&T data. Verizon and T-Mobile were using a roof mounted Pepwave antenna and ATT was via phone. Depending on which site you are in, Starlink...
Free and fully functional. No potable water, but rinse water is available. It's one of those holes with a concrete curb around it so it's not ideal depending on outlet height.
