We found this on campendium, it is a very scenic spot with many sites, we came here to for the dump site only, they said the dump is only for people staying there the minimum is $28 a night. So no free dumping

This site is close to town and within walking distance to a nice strip of shops and restaurants, you can see Rushmore from the site as well.
