Office lady was not very friendly but everything else was fine. Site was gravel and not very level. Location was our main reason to stay and it was 10-15 min from Capitol Reef. WiFi was awful there. Had a nice view. Right off the road but not loud.

Quiet place despite being 15 min from the strip and near a large casino. Big pull throughs with full hookup. Fast WiFi. Good water pressure. Nice dog area that was quite popular while we were there. Did not use laundry or other facilities.
