Fantastic personnel, spacious, CLEAN, excellent laundry facility, relatively quiet considering I-10 and railroad farther North. Bingo, poker, ice cream socials, always friendly gatherings. WiFi throughout. Best RV park inside city limits!

No disabled access, dirty outdated bathrooms, sewer system bad, clubhouse NEVER open, lucky to find office open, most machines in laundry broken, no wifi back half of park, spotty elsewhere.
