It is small but that is part of what makes it so nice. We requested a simple dryside but we received a water hose and the ability to use the free shower and the community room which had microwave and even bags of popcorn.

The only thing I would add besides the previous reviews is: because of the free camping, it is a favorite for families even during the week. The smell of the smoke and the lighter fluid was a little bit much for a while.
