Stayed here 1 night. Drive down the road until it turns to dirt. Turned left at the tee and camped about a mile down on the right. We were the only ones in that area. Plenty of room for others. Lots of animals making noise, but didn’t see any.
You can’t camp in the last half mile that leads to the springs, as the signs say. But anywhere on the dirt road turn-outs before then is fine. Around sunset a sheriff came through, seemingly just to check things out, and they were fine with us...

Only complaints are my Verizon phone did not have any cell reception and people drive through at least every 15 min. Not sure why people drive through. They just drive the park loop and leave.
