We were visiting Lava Beds and this was a great spot near the park. We were able to back our 30 foot travel trailer into the site with no problems. Bigger rigs would also fit as the parking site is quite long but you will need to back in to it.... Read more

Traveling north on CA-99 and wanted to stop here for the night. Called ahead and was told camping was on hold due to upcoming event. If you are planning a stay here I recommend calling ahead and be prepared with a Plan B.
