Not much room to walk around and noisy from the highway.

Small hills to explore, not much for true canyons. Still beautiful desert country, quiet and desolate. A small amount of road noise.

A fair bit of bow hunter traffic, but our campsite on a dead end spur was quiet. Tons of coyote and rabbit tracks. No atnt service.

The campsite itself was fairly desolate and exposed to your neighbors, but walk 100 feet and you had the beautiful river and tons of interesting scrubland hiking. Lots of wildlife.
We actually stayed up the queen Canyon Road, a side road off of Palm Canyon Road. The road in was definitely rugged. 2 Wheel Drive was fine but high clearance is recommended. Cell reception was excellent for AT&T. Incredible campsite.
