We were rather surprised how brown and dusty the whole campground was unlike other COE campground. But was be able to reserve an electric site the day before.

We got a site on Friday with a only 2 hour notice. If it weren’t hot we would have boon-docked but needed electricity to run AC. Dusty, old, and half was permanent residents in old trailers. Ok for one night.

Only thing we didn’t like was no restroom/no shower but can’t beat the price, only $150+taxes for a week.

Beautiful, spacious and water and electric hookup at every site on the Lake Fort Supply!

We got full hookup for $20 including over 62 discount on pull thru lake front site. This is the cleanest park we’ve stayed in the whole US! No cell reception but over a dozen TV stations. This is mile 0 on Ozark Highland Trail.

This was our second time here but we went to wrong a section and had to drive 11 miles around the lake! I should have used map in Campendium not just enter Chickasaw Recreation area on my iMaps!

We stopped for one night on the way to Big Bend NP. There were about 20 other units and encountered no problems. Just watch out for your late night sugar crave my husband went into Walmart and got cheese cake and chocolate mint ice cream!
