"Nice clean spot"
Nice for a few days, we had a nice spot with room for our 30’ TT with slide out. Nice area for the dogs to take care of business.

"Quick stay"
Fine for a night or two, we had noisy neighbors. When I asked politely they did tune it down a bit. I would not use it as a camping spot just for traveling through.
