We drove in late at night Mid May. Plenty of sites to chose from and easy to find. Exposed and a bit windy. Clean toilets. Ranger info station is very close.

Arrived Christmas Eve. Campsite to ourselves. Redwood campground closed in winter. Would recommend chains if snow as does get a bit slushy through the mud. Park up, find or build a fire pit for winter. Hoodoos and open woodland. Heaven.
