We stayed down on the beach-very windy with sand blowing everywhere. You need to be confident of the sand situation and if your rig can handle some soft sand. Staying up above is safer if you are in doubt. Plenty of traffic driving on beach. ... Read more

"We drove .7 miles up the road and then parked roughly 1/10th of a mile in on the left."

Beautiful area roughly 8 miles before the GC entrance. Plenty of spots-the bigger RV’s were parked when you first enter the road. Our 5th wheel enabled us to go a bit further in. Biggest open spots are located close to side of road.we heard a few... Read more
