We were so surprised to find partial hookups (water and electricity) for free! It was a great stop over spot for a night. There’s a dump station on site as well. It wasn’t the easiest to use, but it’s free.

The only positives are it’s clean and free.
The actual dump hole is raised off the ground and was higher than our tank and hose connector and slopes away from the dump so your tanks won’t actually empty all the way.

This isn’t the most scenic place to stay on the outskirts of Sedona but is definitely less crowded! Very quiet during the day and at night. Only a few cars drive past.
