Nice campground by a river. Vault toilet that was very clean. Quiet, clean campground with level sites. Our site was open so we were able to use our solar panels. We did not have cell phone service with Consumer Cellular.

Restrooms, drinking water, beautiful hikes and the river is fantastic. The sites weren't very level. A section of the campground was closed which may have been because it was early in the season, June. A favorite campground.

"Quiet location. Only about 3 miles from interstate."

Follow the signs to Sportsmans boat ramp. Requires about a 1/4 mile drive on a relatively smooth 1 lane dirt/gravel road. Sign at boat ramps says 3 day limit for camping. Not sure exactly sure where the accepted place to camp is... the only... Read more
