Close to Tucson. Mostly quiet.
Sandy road with lots of dips and washes. Go slow. We made it with out 31’ Airstream. First pullout on the right. We were able to get level with ease. Great views. Lots of debris around.
Spent 1 night here, but would have love to extend our stay. Mike, the owner is very accommodating and he had built a great facility with full hookups, club house, etc. he is also expanding to add more spaces. Marfa is an interesting and eclectic...
This site sits on a plateau above Leadville and is surrounded by Mountain views. Short 1/4 mile on pretty good gravel road leads to very level area with several established campsites with fire pits.

This is a Forest Service road in poor condition. There are about 5 sites which are accessible as soon as you pull off of the highway. Beyond that i would recommend a 4x4 with a healthy lift. Lots of broken off vehicle and trailer parts on the road...
Victoria was very accommodating. Her property overlooks beautiful rolling prairie and has a view of the Rocky Mountains (Pike’s Peak) in the distance.

Nothing to write home about, but good for an overnight.
All sites are on grass and share a covered shelter with the site next to it. Not really a problem because no one was here.
$10 for water and electric. No dump on site.
As the manager stated this is a cozy but unconventional campground. No defined sites to speak of. All parking is on grass and multiple rigs use the same power poles. No water at the sites. Only three shaded sites under low hanging trees.
Park is typical corp of engineers park. Long, slow, steep and winding road in to lain gate and then another ling slow steep winding drive ip to sites unless your fortunate enough to get one of the few on the lower level. Upper level has no view at...
