Was there late December during a cold snap. First was told 14 day limit, 10 later, then it was only 7 and I had to leave. Some of the locals not real friendly. Basically asshats.

"poor WiFi was mainly 1x phone only."
was barely able to make a call using verizon. WiFi was sketchy at best. Quiet, shelters are in bad shape.
