Got really lucky and got a walk up spot yesterday - all 3 campgrounds are surrounded by old growth redwoods - big sites, showers, and an amazing swimming hole. Such a fantastic spot

We got lucky and found an open site but most seem to be occupied long term by giant 5th wheel campers who are hanging around for a week or more. Beautiful, remote.

This is the most unbelievable campsite ever - each site seems to have at least 2 giant redwoods (mine had 3). Great facilities, location. Forget showing up without a reservation - this play stays booked.
