Great back up if Lake Irwin is full. Pretty much on the side of the road off Kebler Pass. Traffic died down after dinner though. Seems like it could get quite busy with other campers but it wasn’t too bad on a Saturday night.

The sites are more spaced out than a typical RV park and there is a great paved walking path along the Colorado River. Easy access to Fruita and Colorado National Monument. We came to mountain bike and could stay here forever!

Really friendly and welcoming hosts. We spent 2 nights here to explore Wells Gray and it worked well. In hindsight I probably would have only spent 1 night here as there isn’t much else to do around the area.
