You will make it up there but it will be crowded. The site especially upper Teton has been over run with campers since it was first posted to the web. I pulled an airstream up there this past summer with my Chevy duramax and there were all kinds of little sedans up there. If you go go in slow and don’t guess what’s ahead - hike in and look around corners. Like someone else mentioned it may be just as nice to go to park service campsites. Since you won’t be stepping in other peoples toilets.

Yeppers! And there are smaller spots up there that are perfect for car camping. Have fun and safe travels!

Hello. We pulled a Minnie Winnie behind a Tundra and had no problem getting up the hill in 2-wheel drive. There are ruts and loose gravel but we saw sedans go up to the overlook. That being said this was 1 1/2 years ago so road conditions could change. Best of luck and btw the views are amazing!!

Probably, to the lower sites. I would recommend getting reservations at a CG, though. This site was mobbed before the big RV craze hit last year and I think it will be only worse this year. I stopped by in late September when it is usually pretty well thinned out and it was unbelievably busy. Summer will be even worse.

No problem for your Tiguan. I was able to get my 43 foot fifth wheel up there. The road is a little rough but just take it slow.

Yes you should be fine, just go slow. If the road has been rutted from someone cutting them in mud, make sure to walk it first, at least.
