Overall Rating
Several large gravel site with picnic table. Two pull through. Others back in. Surrounded by majestic buttes and rock formation. Some wonderful hiking. A grand Jeep trail. A must visit. 1.5 miles from Colorado River. Vault toilet. Can run generator 8-8. We ran all day and night as we were only one there.

I thought we would stay one night, I’m surprised I only stayed 2! A magical landscape with easy access to 4x4 and hiking trails, clean vault restrooms and plenty of peace & quiet. I just wish there was a water spigot. Bring a tarp/awning and you won’t regret it. BLM LE patrols and takes no nonsense!

Overall Rating
Access is 1 mile from the highway on a good gravel road. Campground is quiet with great views. Clean and well kept. Pit toilet, no water, no trash. Sites will fit large rigs and there are some tent-only sites. There is hiking nearby, and Onion Creek is fun to explore.

Overall Rating
Arrived on a Wednesday morning and had a few spots to choose from. The sites are spacious and easily accessible. There’s not a lot of privacy or trees, but the views in every direction make up for it. This campground is relatively small, but near the highway, so there were cars driving through all hours of the day.

Large lots, great views. All other campground from Onion Creek to Moab were full but this only had a few campers.
