“Sometimes you wanna go where everybody knows your name...”
...and other times you just wanna get lonely.
Woods Lake Campground was, well, nothing special and with little to no services, so we opted to come back down and stay at this free spot we'd seen on the way up.
Previous campers had it fancied up, but not too much. Fire pits rounded out of stone, a couple of logs to sit on or place a beverage upon. Beautiful little river spot, quiet except when the occasional car passes by. The road is decent enough, and the spot large enough, that I think even the biggest class A could fit in here, but certainly a couple of smaller rigs or vans.
No AT&T whatsoever, though.
