Just drove by it today and was open from what I could tell.

We were there on Feb 10th for one night, road was open, there was no gate no lock.

Other campers have stayed here in the past 2 weeks. My bet is there is nothing stopping you from staying. It's a beautiful area, convenient to town too. Just go for it. The worst that happens is your asked to move.

Definitely not closed. Just stayed for a few nights.
