Overall Rating

This is a great campground right on the lake. Most sites are lakefront, a few are wooded. All have some shade. Water and electric available at most sites, dump station at the entrance. Paved roads, sites are mostly gravel. Plenty of space between sites. I imagine it gets pretty busy in the summer, but we were one of two in the back area this week. We didn’t use the shower/restroom facilities so can’t speak to those. It is attached to the city park so there is a playground, ball fields and a swim beach nearby. Very big rig friendly park. Easy access for our 40 foot fifth wheel. When you turn off the highway, don’t follow your GPS, it is a VERY steep incline over the railroad tracks, use School Road and you’ll have no problem. The only negative is that many of the sites are not level, although we were able to get level with no blocks in our site.
