Yes, it’s literally just over a small dune. We have small kids and walked easily with our stroller. No crossing of streets or anything.

Yes, 2-3 minutes from all sites and much of that distance is on paved campground road. Last part is on sand. Sand part is a bit uphill but in no way steep.

Yes!! Its right at the beach.. Probably less than a 3 or 4 minute walk to the water .
