Overall Rating

After trying a few other county parks south on 29 (too loud), we landed at Turkey Ridge about 20 minutes further north just over the border in IA. Great decision! We just needed one night on our way to Badlands and this was perfect. Arrived after dark to only one other camper. Quiet; clean; hot showers; electric at sites; water; trash; and turkeys! If full would probably feel crowded but better than being next to a highway or railroad tracks. $17 for tenting. Would definitely return.
