Price reflects 50% PA discount. That made this a beautiful grassy area to park in near Lava Beds National Monument and Crater Lake. We toured the museum for a few dollars and got an hour or so worth of amusement and the neighbors were pleasant. It seems like quite a few people here are repeat visitors and enjoyed the quiet off path ... more

Very quiet fairground setting. We arrived on a Saturday with sites available. As you enter the sites on the right are back in, to the left can be pull throughs if there are not a lot of people already parked. FHU for $18 if you have Passport America. $36 seems a bit high if you are paying full price. There is a nice little ... more

The campground is in a grassy area behind the fairgrounds with full hookups. We pulled in on a Saturday when the office was closed but there is a self pay station. It was 35° when we pulled in late afternoon so hookups were a must, with overnight lows in the 20s. Previous snowfall having melted off left the grass a bit soft so as my hu... more
