Tucker Hollow Campground

Worst Corps campground I've seen. Half the park was closed, including the dump station and the nicest sites. What was open was crowded and noisy and nasty. Boats launch right by the campsites and cars and trailers we're parked everywhere, including the entrance to our site. People walked by our camper peering into our windows and the smell of rotting fish from the nearby dumpster was nauseating. We left early and won't be back.

We stayed here over other parks near Harrison AR because of the park and beach. When we arrived we were informed that the dump station and park were closed due to flooding. This was not listed in recreation.gov when we made our reservation. They also listed a swimming beach but we didn't find one or see it on the map. Nice, level sites with good electric. Right on the water. Campground was empty during the week and had some locals on the weekend after Labor Day. Bathrooms were acceptable depending on the time of day. Verizon and AT&T both spotty coverage.
