Overall Rating
The sites are tight with no picnic table. The campground does very little maintenance. Permanent campers have junk and old cars.
They treated the roads with something that smelled like rancid vegetable oil. We had to leave because the smell was making us ill. I do appreciate that they refunded our last night.

I stayed at the Park for a week and had a wonderful time The pool was fantastic just like nice hotels I’ve stayed in very clean with chairs and umbrellas most enjoyable The staff was efficient and extremely helpful Also great very clean washrooms and laundry facilities Next to a amazing Water Park that we all enjoyed to our deligh... more
I stayed at the Park for a week and had a wonderful time
The pool was fantastic just like nice hotels I’ve stayed in very clean with chairs and umbrellas most enjoyable
The staff was efficient and extremely helpful
Also great very clean washrooms and laundry facilities
Next to a amazing Water Park that we all enjoyed to our delight
Our family will make this a destination point because it’s also close to the ferries
Eileen would stay here again

The reason we stayed at this site was the close proximity to the BC ferry that takes you to Swartz Bay. A short five-minute drive and you are at the ferry which we took in order to see Butchart Gardens. The reason we stayed at this site was the close proximity to the BC ferry that takes you to Swartz Bay. A short five-minute drive and you are at the ferry which we took in order to see Butchart Gardens. Unfortunately, the park is located next to a water park that plays music all day long and closes at 7 PM. We did not care because we were out sightseeing most of the time. Sites are gravel and close together. Service was mediocre, never used the showers or other services since we had full hookups. WiFi was slow but was ok for email and web surfing but not for video services.
There was a nature trail that we rode our bikes to along the Strait of Georgia that was really nice.
I have ATT and when in Canada they partner with Roger phone service which was not the best. I was able to get 1-2 bars.
