“There are 7 sites, and most years we are the only people there.”
We have been going here for 30 years and most years we are the only people in the whole camp ground.
If you fish, the river is some times planted right at the bridge just above, and many places near by.
There are no hookups and the water has been off for the past 7 or 8 years.
If you go during deer season it will or can fill up so plan around that.
No cell service at site with out a booster, but with Verizon you have spotty service at Trinity Center 11 miles away.
If you find Trinity River full, there are two more camp grounds about 8 miles North. Eagle Creek and Horse Flats (no hookups or water there either).
Trinity Center has an KOA and for $5.00 you can use the showers.
The road into Eagle Creek and Horse Flats is not well maintained but if you take it slow your good.
Most all the sites there are good.
Curt would stay here again
