Overall Rating
We camped at Island Park instead of Trimmer but drove up to see it. Very glad we didn't go there pulling our TT with a plan to camp! It is NOT a place for RVs other than small vans. There would be nowhere to park or turn around once you drive in there if your rv was very big.

Overall Rating
I didn't realize so many people would be using the lake during the week of March 27th and that the boat ramp would be so popular. Though, the campground was not very busy. I should of looked at the review pictures of the campsites much better. I had no idea that they are on top of each other. Wow, they are so close!! The bathroom was extremely clean and the shower was very warm. The boats early in the morning are very loud and there are a lot of fishermen on the banks.Sound seems to carry into the campground. Also, I had no idea the camp site was so far from the lake. I carry my kayak on my camper trailer and I had to hand carry it down to the water. I will need to add a carrier to the car so, once the trailer is parked I can move the kayak to the vehicle to easier transport it to the lake bank or boat ramp.
My cell service is Project Fi and I had no service...
