First Campendium lists 5 CG’s in Chutes Provincial Park not sure why but they are just different loops.
We had a pull through site and we thought it was the nicest one with lots of room.
Don’t miss the Two Bridges hike with platforms to enjoy all the “chutes”.
Noisy as there was a big carnival the weekend we were there. The train is very loud that is close by but doesn’t run very often.
Cell service was in and out even with our booster.
Took another hike but it was 45 minutes away and not very scenic called Florence lake.
We choose it as it was on our route but very limited hiking and close to civilization.

“For a small park on the edge of a small town, it feels more remote than you are”

This is an exploratory trip for us across the Trans-Canada Highway on our way from Wisconsin to Detroit. Chutes PP was right on the route and had waterfalls so it seemed like a perfect stop. As others have noted, check-in was easy and very friendly. No additional fees other than the nightly camping fee and taxes we paid in advance on the website ($45.75 plus a reservation fee and HST). Being on the edge of Massey we noticed that the Trillium (Loop D) area had a fence that appeared to have houses on the other side. Mmmm, that wasn't quite the wilderness I had expected. But that was the only observation. Sites were large, nicely maintained, modern electrical stands, and water spigots throughout the park. The main attraction, of course, are the chutes and waterfalls. The dog-friendly walking trail is spectacular with observation decks and bridges over the Aux Sables. Everyone (mostly Canadian) was super friendly and the weather was perfect so it was definitely a great intro to Ontario's provincial park system. We heard a couple of trains go by on the tracks by the highway so it was way in the distance. Of note, the Mississagi PP is just an hour away and much larger and remote with camping and lots of trails. If I'd noticed it sooner I might have also tried to make it up there. We were on our roaming plan connected to Bell Canada and had 3 bars average and pretty good speeds (better with the booster).
