Spot 120 with our 35’ motorhome. Gravel site with nice little picnic area with plastic table. Grill available too. Would have nice shade if it weren’t winter.
Pool looked nice.

We stayed here from the middle of January to the middle of May, 2022. Treetops Resort is a quiet oasis to reside in while in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. There are short term and monthly stays available. Every shopping or food need is close. The hosts are friendly and helpful. The property is clean and well kept!

Busy but very nice campground. We showed up late and the host that met us was very helpful! Seems like there were a lot of full timers. Convenient location as well!

Such a great park if you need to be close to Dallas or Fort Worth. Located in a tree filled lot right in the middle of Arlington. Close to the stadiums, Cowboys and Rangers, the highway, I-20 and shopping. 25 minutes to either downtown with tons of travel options. It is helpful to have a Texas toll tag but not necessary. The park is beautifully maintained with hundreds of live art at trees creating a wonderful shady canopy. There is a pool, a dog park, both pull through and back in spots, a gym, and a very tidy on site laundry. The staff was terrific and super helpful. This is a great city campground

Standard W/S/C/E 30/50 amp Pull-through. Most sites in this resort seem to be occupied by long-term residents. The only available sites for transit customers were basic pull-through on level gravel. These sites are very close together and offer little privacy. The campground is nicely landscaped with mature shade trees and provides occupants with good clean laundry facilities. The resort is about 10 miles from the sports stadia, 25 miles from the Fort Worth stockyards and 35 miles from downtown Dallas. Shopping mall and fast food restaurants within walking distance.

Sites are crushed rock and very clean with concrete pads for patio areas. Streets are asphalt. It’s worth the extra price.

Well run, clean and quiet RV park in the heart of the DFW Metroplex. Ample, and we mean ample, shopping, restaurants and amenities nearby. Easy access to I-20. Some spaces may be a little tightly spaced, but we had no complaints. The other guests we met were friendly. The WiFi was fine for email and web surfing, but not for streaming. We did not hook up the cable TV because we were able to get a satellite signal . But due to trees, most will either not be able to use satellite or need to set up a tripod. Would stay again. In fact, we're looking forward to doing just that next time we're in this part of the country. If in a big rig and coming from the west, do not plan to get off I-20 at Bowen and take Arbook. That part of Arbrook Rd is narrow and encroached by trees. Take the Cooper/157 exit off I-20 instead.

This is a story that cannot fit into the limit of space on this review.
Basically, management of this campground has made staying there a horrible experience for both the full time campers as well as the employees.
It is an amazing story. But, since Sun bought out the campground, they appear to want to drive off the full time campers.
So if you are looking for Full Time or looking for a good social atmosphere where you can socialize with your neighbors… Go to some other Campground.
