The entire parking lot has undergone complete reconstruction. As of August 2023, overnight parking is now restricted to the far southern end of the gigantic parking lot. The entire parking lot has undergone complete reconstruction. As of August 2023, overnight parking is now restricted to the far southern end of the gigantic parking lot. Signs throughout the rest of the parking lot state "Boat Parking Only" or "No Trailers".
The overnight parking area could probably fit 4 pieces of equipment if everyone squeezed in.
If you came in late and left early, you could probably just stay wherever you wanted...including in one of the many, many unused boat parking slots, and no one would bother you.
The lot was very flat. No cell coverage at all. Access road passable by anything but was washboarded.

Vault toilets I didn’t visit. Small boat ramp. Corner area large enough for more than one rv. Surrounded by pasture with views of hills in background. Peaceful and pretty. Been here 7 hours and only seen two other folks come thru. One for boating and others for letting their dogs run off leash. Close to the free hobo hot springs and fr... more
Vault toilets I didn’t visit. Small boat ramp. Corner area large enough for more than one rv. Surrounded by pasture with views of hills in background. Peaceful and pretty. Been here 7 hours and only seen two other folks come thru. One for boating and others for letting their dogs run off leash. Close to the free hobo hot springs and free showers. Saratoga has dump station but take note: only potable water in Saratoga is from the two small local gas stations which charge per gallon (50 cent at Conoco and Kum&Go never answered phone).

Overall Rating
Gravel lot next to river. Quiet. Fairly level pull through spots. We grabbed a corner for our 26’ Travel trailer and didn’t have to disconnect. Convenient, only 1 mile off the road.

We pulled in around 12:30am and just tucked into the back corner. Gravel parking / boat launch area. Safe and clean.
We had zero issues. Just needed a spot to rest our head as we drove from Idaho to CO.
