Very nice camp hosts. Sites felt secluded despite all being full. Clean and relaxing. Easy access to hiking trails and short drive to waterfall. Great place to decompress.

It is a pretty spot but not really much to do. There are about 6 sites on the water, the rest well back from it. Sites 13 and 12 are obvious favorites but you cannot fish from those sites shores as it is closed to fishing due to the creek mouth right there.
Fish are not abundant. In two days I saw 2 small fish break the surface. Wind picks up very quickly and makes for BIG waves.Very dangerous for small watercraft.
Many homes on the water there...does not feel or look very wildernessy at all.
You can hear the semi trucks echo loudly and the loud train that is right beside the campground.
No cell service or digital tv stations.

“Deep in the woods on the lake shore”

Stayed there at two occasions. The sites are in a heavy wooded area but close to the lake. Lots of fishing/boating activity. Most of the sites are in full shade. Some mosquitoes. Pit toilet, water. A marina, store, and RV park nearby with propane and dump. Several good trails.
Stephan would stay here again
