Although we did not stay here because if was full I thought I would share that these sites are tightly packed in and have narrow roads.

This is one of the most beautiful campgrounds that we have ever been at! We went the first week of October and enjoyed the fall colors and the big bonus is that we were the only ones in the campgrounds during the week! This is one of the most beautiful campgrounds that we have ever been at! We went the first week of October and enjoyed the fall colors and the big bonus is that we were the only ones in the campgrounds during the week! Canoeing into the Boundary Waters was fantastic and the views of animals and birds was spectacular. Site one is unbelievable with great views and privacy. If you want a relaxing vacation away from technology - camp here!

Overall Rating
At the end of the long road into the border waters area. There is a wide variety of sites to choose from from tent to large-rig spaces. Easy access to the water, and I suspect this place gets its fair share of campers on the holiday weekends. Appears to be water in each site, which is nice.
