Got there after hours and John still met us as we pulled in. Did not hook up utilities other than electricity since we were only staying one night, so we used their bathroom facilities which were VERY clean and private. A quaint little park. Thank you John, for your hospitality.

Very clean, well organized campground. Staff were very friendly. They run a UFO souvenir and camping supply store that is very well stocked. Definitely will stay here again when we're in the area.

Nice overnight spot to stay for a late afternoon Roswell site seeing stop. Super helpful and friendly staff. Showers and laundry. Large pull through spots with full hookups. Eat at Backdraft BBQ in town if you get the chance. Yum!

Enjoyed our short stay while passing through Roswell. Management was friendly and helpful. Bathrooms were clean and well maintained and the laundry clean and in good condition. Convenient to downtown and shopping areas. Sites are spacious and well maintained. The only thing that resulted in deducting a star is the entire park is gravel, which creates a lot of dust when it is dry. This is probably typical for a semi-arid region.

Transport this campground to a place like monument valley I would rate it 4 stars. Folks here were very nice. So my rating of 3 is based on Roswell more so than the campground. There is a working yard on the other side of the fence which is noisy during the day but nothing for evening and night.

I actually wished we could a stayed another night but had to to stick to travel plans. The staff was great. The campground is so clean! The space in-between sites is limited but didn't feel like you were on top of each other because of the placement. I loved the vibes here.

Great park, clean, quiet, staff was very friendly. Escort to the site to ensure best placement. The pull-through spots fit our rig with toad without disconnect. If you are looking for a place to stay to see Roswell, This is so conveniently located to downtown that you could just as easily hike or ride a bike as drive. Nice laundry room, as of 03/2021 $2 for washer, $1.50 for dryer. That said, the reason we didn't give it that last star was for a few small issues. As mentioned in previous reviews, there is almost no place for pets to run. Most, as in 99%, of the park is gravel. It keeps it clean and nice looking, but also a little sterile. If you are going to use the pull through spots, the septic access is on top of a curb. Even with the jacks down I couldn't get a proper slope for the poop-chute unless I had left my wet bay open (the back in spots dont have curbs, so not an issue). Gift shop has pretty good stuff though, some locally made metal work and non-branded alien swag (most of the shops in Roswell have alien swag, but then have the store name on it as well). Overall, the location to downtown is the shining star for this park. 3 bars of 5G T-mobile

The full hook-up site was level, near the laundry, and near the WiFi repeater. WiFi performed well - good for streaming. This is September, after Labor Day weekend, so it wasn't full, but it was fairly busy. Location is close to Roswell and I visited the International UFO Museum with my dogs.
